Users that have registered for a training will receive a confirmation email with a Zoom link to join the training at the scheduled date and time. If the training has prerequisites, the registrant will be emailed the Zoom information when all of the prerequisites are complete. Be sure to check your Spam folder!
If you are unable to locate the email, you may want to head to the training overview page and click View my registration to see if you have any outstanding prerequisites. If there are prerequisites, you should see a green checkmark next to each as they are completed, similar to the image below.
You can also join the Zoom meeting through the learning center. Visit the training overview page (LEARN > My Learning > Virtual Trainings) and click "View my registration". Click the “Join webinar” button that will appear 15 minutes before the meeting.
